  3.     Beginners please read the documentation first.

  5.     PRINTING LABELS:  When entering the height and width of labels,
  6.     remember to measure the labels from edge to edge - i.e., the packet may
  7.     say 2 15/16", but this is 3" from top edge to top edge, i.e., the jump
  8.     between each label.
  9.  
  10.     FILE NAMES: Remember that if the file is in a different directory, you
  11.     must put the drive and directory, e.g., C:\LETTERS\MYLABEL.LBL.  If in
  12.     the same directory, the file name is enough.
  13.  
  14.     FIELDS: Don't press return between each Y and N (this is to make it
  15.     quicker).

  17.     METHOD OF LABEL PRINTING: If you only want lots of labels of one name
  18.     then use CHOOSE A LABEL; if you want several of various labels then
  19.     choose SELECT FROM LIST.  You must press return  over one choice, or
  20.     nothing will print.

  22.     SORTING A FILE:  Always check your file afterwards with LIST - with
  23.     blank spaces or "The"'s at the beginning of lines, you may not always
  24.     get the alphabetic sort you expect.

  26.     Press F1 to return to the main screen

  28.     In the CREATE section, you can only use files in the current directory
  29.     (same directory as the program).

  31.     START a file - you must use a NEW filename.  If you use one with the
  32.     extension (last 3 letters after the full stop) LBL then you can see the
  33.     files listed by pressing F2.  You won't see your new file till you
  34.     start the program again.

  36.     CONVERT a file - this puts the names of the fields at the top of the
  37.     file, to make it easier when adding new records.

  39.     For further detail on ADD, CHANGE & DELETE, see the documentation.

  41.     When you are entering items in the fields part of the screen, use F10
  42.     to exit.  This is so that you can use escape codes in your labels.
